Mango Yogurt and kiwi tricolored Popsicle
Wishing every one of you Happy Independence Day. It is 74 years since the British left our country. This year of Independence, I particularly pay tribute to all the corona warriors who have not only been working tirelessly to save our lives but in turn have also laid down their lives to save their fellow citizens. In this post of mine, I also remember the people hit by “Amphan” (super cyclone), people including the pilots who died in Kerala Air-India flight, flood hits of Kerala, Gujarat Chemical Plant Explosion, Vijaywada Fire and many more….😢😢😢😢. May all these brave souls of india rest in peace.

For the white(yogurt) layer

- 1 tablespoon of honey or as required
Directions
- Mix the ingredients of each layer and keep the layers ready.
- Divide the mango pulp in all the molds.
- Once the mango layer has slightly hardened, insert the sticks into the molds.(after about an hour of keeping the mold in freezer)
- Now, keep the molds back in freezer again for 1 hour to solidify the mango layer completely.
- Now, add the yogurt to all of the six molds and let the layer solidify.
- Next add the Kiwi layer and you are done.
- Now, let this layer solidify.
- Dip the molds in hot water for a couple of minutes and the popsicle will come out of the mold.
- Enjoy..
