Dark extra fudgy chocolate brownie
Brownies are slightly different than cakes. Cakes use leavening agent to rise while brownies are baked mostly without leavening agent. When it is brownie, I love it gooey and fudgy and I loooove extra-dark chocolate. So, I prepared these extra dark fudgy brownies. You can eat them as it is or serve them with frosting, ice-cream or with simply some cream. These brownies are sticky, gooey and fudgy. If this is what you are looking for, you have come to the perfect place. Let’s get started.

- Bake the brownies in the oven till the upper crust loses it shine for around 20 minutes. You can also check by inserting a tooth-pick. The toothpick should come out clean with pieces of brownie stuck to the pick.
- When done, leave it at room temperature to cool down.
- Once it cools, cut the brownies and serve.
- Do not worry if the brownies are a bit sticky.
Notes
- Do not over-mix the batter.
- I prefer baking the brownies at the lower part of the oven, to prevent burning of the brownies.
